Description
The body of this goblet is formed by half an Emu egg which is lined, gilt and with a beaded rim above an arcaded border. Beneath the egg, a scroll frieze calyx, (damaged), there is a plain stem with coiled snake (damaged), on a spreading foot engraved with scrollwork. It is marked under the base 'C. L. Qwist, Sydney'. The goblet accompanies the Jug - 1963.16a.
