Description
This work is a four colour silkscreen on black paper. It depicts the dreaming trail of the Bush Bean / Angerema. Ada Bird Petyarre has used light brown and white along with black to depict the story which is one of many from her from her Dreaming Trail. Her country was Atnankere and language Anmatyerre. She was based in Utopia. Named by German settlers in the early 1920s, Utopia is a region covering approximately 5000 square kilometres of land northeast of Alice Springs, Northern Territory.
